The new look and feel of our project site has been updated. http://tserverhq.com is now live and accepting customers! we are very excited for this new development and are looking forward to the continued quality business that we will provide to our loyal customers. For our launch we are giving our services away at cost! this is a one time event that wont last for very long. We hope our previous customers enjoy the special deal we have for them. See you there! We are proud to announce that we have implemented a Support Ticket System into our TserverHQ site. We now have yet another way for us to better serve our customers. This system will allow TDG to quickly and efficiently answer and solve any problems that our customers may come across. It is just one of the many things that we do to try to improve on what we offer our customers. Each Executive and Administrative staff member will have a login for the support system and all of said employees will have the ability and responsibility to respond to those tickets in a timely manner. |

TSHQ Forums have been officially moved. To fresh start we have NOT moved the 700+ posts from our old forums to the new one. We are taking a more professional and simple tact to the new forums. the Newest feature of our new forums is that we have moved up to the newer version of PHPBB3 This will allow for a more organized system of communication while we are spread out across the wold. At the moment we are working on getting a freelance designer or one of our employees to design/customize the forums to the point were it is interchangeable with the rest of the site. All Current projects were moved over from the older forums also. These projects have been put under the proper catagories in our forums. As we come out with new ones we will list them.
