In the second step of your employment process you will notice that you need to sign a Confidentiality Aggrement. This is a form to protect TDG's and your intrests. How does it do this? Well as you work here you will notice there is a lot of information that we provide to you. You will also learn the inner workings of our company. This information is crucial to the how we do business.

If when an employee is fired or is asked to leave and releases all our company secrets this could damage the company and even put yourself at risk. We have everyone sign that agreement so that your information and the company's information is safe

What are some things that the agreement protects?

  • Your Address
  • Your Phone Number
  • Your Real Name (remaining anonymous over the internet is important)
  • Your Personal Information
  • Your Login information on any company property
  • Our Employee Manual and Guides
  • Our Company Structure
  • Our Server Information
  • Our Confidential Operating Times (Unpublished server maintenance)

The list can go on and on but you get the idea. This is why its so important that we all sign that agreement.

Attention

Keep in mind that only our employees can see the vast amounts of resources or our employee directory that we provide on this site.
