We are proud to announce that we have implemented a Support Ticket System into our TserverHQ site. We now have yet another way for us to better serve our customers. This system will allow TDG to quickly and efficiently answer and solve any problems that our customers may come across. It is just one of the many things that we do to try to improve on what we offer our customers.

Each Executive and Administrative staff member will have a login for the support system and all of said employees will have the ability and responsibility to respond to those tickets in a timely manner.
