We have made several major revisions to the website you will notice them when you log in. We have removed the forums as they have begun to simply complicate things as freelancers and reps have been mainly communicating through telephone and company email. Corporate will now utilize mailing lists to distribute news instead of using the forums.
We have added the project page to list the different items that need to be done and when they need to be done by. A more in depth breakdown of hourly wages and commissions have also been added.
Even though we have already posted news an information on Valhalla group we are still in the process of designing their site for them. Once our web designers are finished we will be actively accepting web traffic from their customers and employees. |

The new look and feel of our project site has been updated. http://tserverhq.com is now live and accepting customers! we are very excited for this new development and are looking forward to the continued quality business that we will provide to our loyal customers. For our launch we are giving our services away at cost! this is a one time event that wont last for very long. We hope our previous customers enjoy the special deal we have for them. See you there! We are proud to announce that we have implemented a Support Ticket System into our TserverHQ site. We now have yet another way for us to better serve our customers. This system will allow TDG to quickly and efficiently answer and solve any problems that our customers may come across. It is just one of the many things that we do to try to improve on what we offer our customers. Each Executive and Administrative staff member will have a login for the support system and all of said employees will have the ability and responsibility to respond to those tickets in a timely manner. |
